- Welcome to my classroom wreath rail
- 2 x 1.5″ ribbons
- Gold deco tubing
- Red 10” deco mesh
- Ribbon spool board
- Ribbon tail board
- Pipe cleaners
- Rotary cutter
How to make your classroom wreath rail
- Start with your welcome to my classroom wreath rail.
- Add your pipe cleaners to the wreath rail.
- Cut your mesh.
- Make ruffles and add them to your wreath rail.
- Cut your ribbon tails.
- Dovetail the ends.
- Layer your 2 different ribbons, fold the middle and add it into a twist tie.
- Keep adding your ribbon tails, leaving one tie open for a bow.
- Cut your deco tubing.
- Make and add your tubing bows.
- Make your bow.
- Secure the bow together with a pipe cleaner.
- Attach your bow to the open space you left in your wreath rail using the pipe cleaner.
- Fluff out your bow.
- Dovetail your bow ends.

Welcome to my classroom wreath rail
Learn how you can make this classroom wreath rail with this simple tutorial.
Supplies
Directions
- Start with your wreath rail.
- Add your red pipe cleaners to the wreath rail.
- Take your mesh and cut 5 x 20” pieces.
- Take your pieces of mesh and make ruffles with them by curling in the ends and pinching the middle together.
- Add the ruffles into your pipe cleaners.
- Take your ribbons and cut 4 x 12” pieces of each one.
- Dovetail the ends.
- Layer your 2 different ribbons, fold the middle and add it into a twist tie.
- Keep adding your ribbon tails, leaving one tie open for a bow.
- Take your gold deco tubing and cut 8 x 22” pieces.
- Take 2 pieces of the tubing, make a circle and pinch the middle to make a bow.
- Add the tubing bows into the twist ties on top of your tails.
- Make your bow: Take your ribbons and make a 4 loop bow with each one, layering them as you go.
- Secure the bow together with a pipe cleaner.
- Attach your bow to the open space you left in your wreath rail using the pipe cleaner.
- Fluff out your bow.
- Dovetail your bow ends.
