Materials Needed for the welcome home wreath rail:
- Welcome home wreath rail
- 1 x 21” black plaid mesh
- 2 x 1.5’ ribbon
- 2 x 2.5’ ribbon
- 1 x gold deco tubing
- 1 x 5” white and orange burlap
- Ribbon spool board
- Ribbon tail board
- Pipe cleaners
- Rotary cutter
- Flower
Instructions to create the welcome home wreath rail:
- Start with your wreath rail.
- Add your pipe cleaners.
- Add in your 21″ deco mesh.
- Cut your burlap.
- Make burlap ruffles.
- Add your ruffles into each twist tie.
- Cut ribbon tails.
- Dovetail the ends of your ribbon.
- Make and add your ribbon tails.
- Cut your deco tubing.
- Make and add your tubing bows.
- Make your bow.
- Secure the bow together with a pipe cleaner.
- Attach your bow to your wreath rail using the pipe cleaner.
- Fluff out your bow.
- Dovetail your bow ends.
- Add in your flower onto the bow.

Learn how you can make a welcome wreath rail with this simple tutorial.
Supplies
Welcome home wreath rail
1 x 21” black plaid mesh
1 x 1.5’ pink ribbon
1 x 2.5’ black and white swirl ribbon
1 x 1.5’ peach ribbon
1 x 2.5’ white and gold polka dot ribbon
1 x gold deco tubing
1 x 5” white and orange burlap

Directions
- Start with your wreath rail.
- Take your pipe cleaners and add 5 to the wreath rail.
- Take your 21” add the end into your first twist tie.
- Make a 10” poof, adding them all along the twist ties.
- Take a white and orange burlap and cut 5 x 10” pieces.
- Take your burlap and make a ruffle.
- Add your ruffles into each twist tie.
- Take your black and white ribbon, pink ribbon and peach ribbon and cut 5 x 12” strips of each one.
- Dovetail the ends of your ribbon.
- Layer the ribbons, pinch the middle together and add it into the twist tie with the mesh.
- Add tails into each twist tie..
- Take your tubing and cut 5 x 22” pieces of each one.
- Take the tubing, make a circle and pinch the middle to make a bow.
- Add the tubing bow into a twist tie on top of the ribbon tails.
- Repeat with the rest of the tubing.
- Make your bow: Take a piece of burlap and add a bow onto it made with your white and gold ribbon.
- Secure the bow together with a pipe cleaner.
- Attach your bow to your wreath rail using the pipe cleaner.
- Fluff out your bow.
- Dovetail your bow ends.
- Add in your flower onto the bow.
